Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery

Delivery arrangements will be scheduled only after full payment or an agreed deposit has been received and confirmed. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to logistics scheduling, delivery location, material readiness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated and confirmed prior to order confirmation.

 

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery or collection. Any visible damage, defects, or missing items must be reported immediately at the time of receipt. Claims reported after acceptance may not be entertained.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery or self-collection. We shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales of curtains, wallpapers, curtain tracks, and accessories are generally final and non-refundable.

Returns or refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items supplied

All refund are subject to verification and management approval within 7 days upon item successfully delivered. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure curtains or wallpapers

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Items that have been cut, altered, installed, or used

Deposits

Deposits is required for customize product ONLY. Contact our customer service shall you need any customization on curtain or wallpaper at inquiry@3hmarketing.com.my.

Deposits paid are non-refundable and are used to secure orders, materials, or production slots. In the event of order cancellation, deposits shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update this Shipping & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
