We specialise in the design and supply of curtains, wallpapers, and related window and wall furnishing products. Secondary products may include curtain tracks, rods, accessories, and related fittings.
Product & Design Information
All product descriptions, designs, images, samples, dimensions, colours, patterns, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, variations may occur due to fabric characteristics, wallpaper materials, manufacturing processes, dye lots, lighting conditions, or screen displays.
Samples and mock-ups are intended to represent overall style and quality and may not exactly reflect the final supplied product.
Measurements & Suitability
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements and ensuring product suitability for their intended use. We shall not be liable for incorrect measurements, compatibility issues, or fitting problems.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in the applicable local currency unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice.
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before order confirmation or production. Custom-made or made-to-measure items, including curtains and wallpapers, require confirmed payment before production begins.
Orders & Confirmation
Orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to material unavailability, pricing discrepancies, design limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Product Condition
Curtains, wallpapers, and accessories are supplied as new unless otherwise stated. Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, pattern alignment, or material finish are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Order cancellations or changes after confirmation may not be accepted, particularly for custom-made or made-to-measure items. Any approved cancellation, change, or refund shall be subject to management approval and applicable charges.

Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, fitting, or installation of our products by third parties or customers, except as required under applicable law.
